Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Ireland at the moment.
But we can ship international via our Etsy shop, Check us out at : ThePineappleBoo.etsy.com
Will I Receive a tracking information?
Yes, we will send you an email with your tracking number on the day your order is shipped.
I have received a damaged garment, what do I do?
If you have received a faulty item, we apologize. Please let us know by sending us an email with pictures of the damaged item at : info@thepineappleboo.com
Then send back the item following our return procedure and we will provide you with a refund.
Return and Refund
Can I exchange an item?
As a small business, producing in small quantities, some items are either made as a single product or in limited amount, therefore we are unable to process exchanges.
If you would like to return your item, you can send it back to us by following the return process below. Once we receive your item we will issue you a refund.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return items that do not suit you, please follow those steps :
- Print out and complete this Return form and secure it within your returns parcel.
- Send us an email at : info@thepineappleboo.com, or message us via whatsapp on : 083 462 1614
- Please check your products, making sure they are in the same condition that you received it. Pack your items with their tags.
- Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot offer free returns so you will have to cover the postage to return the item.
- We recommend the use of registered trackable postage methods as we will not be in a position to offer a refund on items that we do not receive.
- Once the item is received and deemed to be in the same condition as was received by you, we will issue a full refund to the account that was used to make the original order.
